This is our Gray Wolf 23DBH travel trailer with 1 slide.Have fun traveling in our family kid/pet friendly cozy travel trailer “My kids call it the House CAR” Our goal is to get other guest up and out as simple as possible with our House Car. Or maybe you need more space at your home for guest. whatever your rental needs are we can help.
We strive to keep our family travel trailer in great condition for us and for our guests, clean and sanitized by running an air purifier in the camper overnight between renters. Looking for families, couples, or anyone that want an adventure also.Our travel trailer is unique and gives a camping/glamping experience.
With 3 kiddos of our own and 1 fur baby our House Car camper trailer is also Pet friendly (No Pet Fees) as we know our fur-babies are family and enjoy traveling along with us too.The 23DBH GreyWolf travel trailer is a 23 ft travel trailer with family bunkhouse camper layout featuring a double bunk with ladder for kids. The double entry doors allow easy access to the bathroom and kitchen from the exterior. The modern chef's kitchen with a double sink is a must love. Our unit is unique for we took the liberty of switching out the dinette since we never eat inside but watching some late night TV sometimes is what we like to do. So! We put in a small comfy living space instead. Don't worry everything stays in place. Want the House Car to feel more like a home and less standard RV looking.Our Camper sleeps 4 comfortably or up to 6 guests if 2 to a bed.
We use a 7 pin connector for breaks and lights, and use a 2 5/16" ball or E2 counter weight hitch with a 2 5/16" ball that we connect to the truck. (We have the weight hitch for a enhance addon.)If you are thinking about Dry Camping with no hookups a few things to consider. The refrigerator does not run on propane unfortunately meaning it will not work with out electrical hook up or a generator. Currently we do not have a Generator to rent out sorry. Enhance your trip by selecting "Dump Holding Tanks" Hassle free dump of holding tanks gray and black water for a service fee of $60Smoking, Vaping, Fragrances, Candles, Incense: (SOME KIDS AND PETS ARE SCENT SENSITIVE) Please No Incense burning, no candle burning, Smoking or Vaping in the Rv/travel trailer, this will result in a Rv/travel trailer odor eliminating detail and a Fee of $200.00 will be deducted from your deposit if smoke, wax, fragrances/incense smells is detected.UV Flashlight Cleaning: Any throw up, Human waste/pet urine in the unit that's not in the bathroom will result in a full travel trailer detail and will result in a fee of $200 deducted from your deposit. Don't stress as a mother of 3 I do understand that accidents happen, and things will get dirty. Please inform me of any human or pet urine/accidents only if they happen outside the bathroom by letting me know or taking photos of the areas that will need deep detailed and I'll have this fee waived. Everything gets cleaned/washed and sanitized anyway.Damages: Any damage to the interior or exterior of the travel trailer, Rips, Tears, Major Stains, Major Scratches, Major Dents, Window Damages, will result in a partial or even a Full Non-Refundable Deposit depending on the damage area. I will inspect the travel trailer with every guest before departure. A document will be signed by both parties in agreement in what condition the travel trailer departs and again once the travel trailer is returned. Don't stress with kids and pet's accidents happen. Please inform me of any minor damages by letting me know or taking photos of the areas once you return, that will need to be fixed and I'll waive minor damages.Missing, or forgotten addon Items: A travel trailer Checklists will be provided for our guests if they need one. Drop off time! Being on the road myself I can understand that RV time! Is RV time. Anything can delay trips, especially with kids. Dropping the travel trailer to its drop off location on the day off drop off can be done at any time but not later than 9pm. let me know in advance that you will be late on your drop off date, if you return it the following day after midnight you will be charged another night. We want our guests to have flexibility and communication. No refunds for returning camper earlier.For our Tucson guest staying in Tucson using the RV in Tucson City limits we do have an add- on option to select "Tucson drop off" which we can deliver and set up the RV for you within city limits AND we also have "Tucson Pick Up" which we can pick up the RV as well. The fees for these add-ons are $25.00 for Drop off and $25 for Pick up. For a total of $50.00 if you select both.
The Times for Delivery and pick up are After 5pm.

Example: If you book Friday Sat and Sunday we can drop off the RV Thursday evening after 5pm I wont charge that night of course only the days you book which is Fri Sat Sun. Sunday we will pick up after 5pm.We love our House car travel trailer please help take good care of it. We take care of our guests by making sure our family travel trailer is Sanitized, Cleaned, scent free & working properly prior to the departure for every guest, please return travel trailer in the condition as you received it, if not this will result in a partial or even a full Non-Refundable Deposit.

Next step is: Once Approved it will currently go into pending status until you fully make the reservation. Meaning others can still select the dates. Make sure to reserve your approved booking soon. Enhance your trip by selecting "Dump Holding Tanks" Hassle free dump of holding tanks gray and black water for a service fee of $60Smoking, Vaping, Fragrances, Candles, Incense: (SOME KIDS AND PETS ARE SCENT SENSITIVE) Please No Incense burning, no candle burning, Smoking or Vaping in the Rv/travel trailer, this will result in a Rv/travel trailer odor eliminating detail and a Fee of $200.00 will be deducted from your deposit if smoke, wax, fragrances/incense smells is detected.UV Flashlight Cleaning: Any throw up, Human waste/pet urine in the unit that's not in the bathroom will result in a full travel trailer detail and will result in a fee of $200 deducted from your deposit. Don't stress as a mother of 3 I do understand that accidents happen, and things will get dirty. Please inform me of any human or pet urine/accidents only if they happen outside the bathroom by letting me know or taking photos of the areas that will need deep detailed and I'll have this fee waived. Everything gets cleaned/washed and sanitized anyway.Damages: Any damage to the interior or exterior of the travel trailer, Rips, Tears, Major Stains, Major Scratches, Major Dents, Window Damages, will result in a partial or even a Full Non-Refundable Deposit depending on the damage area. I will inspect the travel trailer with every guest before departure. A document will be signed by both parties in agreement in what condition the travel trailer departs and again once the travel trailer is returned. Don't stress with kids and pet's accidents happen. Please inform me of any minor damages by letting me know or taking photos of the areas once you return, that will need to be fixed and I'll waive minor damages.Missing, or forgotten addon Items: A travel trailer Checklists will be provided for our guests if they need one. If add-on Items go missing, forgotten, damaged or stolen this will result in a Fee ranging from $100-$500.00 that will be deducted from your deposit depending on the missing, damaged or forgotten items.Returning the Camper at the given time: Standard morning pick up for guest who are picking up themselves starts as early as 9am. Need it earlier? Enhance your Morning Pick up! available at no additional cost by selecting this add on and receive it as early as 5am by letting us know.
Drop off time! Being on the road myself I can understand that RV time! Is RV time. Anything can delay trips, especially with kids. Dropping the travel trailer to its drop off location on the day off drop off can be done at any time but not later than 9pm. let me know in advance that you will be late on your drop off date, if you return it the following day after midnight you will be charged another night. We want our guests to have flexibility and communication. No refunds for returning camper earlier.For our Tucson guest staying in Tucson using the RV in Tucson City limits we do have an add- on option to select "Tucson drop off" which we can deliver and set up the RV for you within city limits AND we also have "Tucson Pick Up" which we can pick up the RV as well. The fees for these add-ons are $25.00 for Drop off and $25 for Pick up. For a total of $50.00 if you select both.
The Times for Delivery and pick up are After 5pm.
EXAMPLE PICK UP DROP OFFS for TUCSON
Example: If you book Friday Sat and Sunday we can drop off the RV Thursday evening after 5pm I wont charge that night of course only the days you book which is Fri Sat Sun. Sunday we will pick up after 5pm.We love our House car travel trailer please help take good care of it. We take care of our guests by making sure our family travel trailer is Sanitized, Cleaned, scent free & working properly prior to the departure for every guest, please return travel trailer in the condition as you received it, if not this will result in a partial or even a full Non-Refundable Deposit.
This means: Gray and Black holding tanks need to be empty before returning the camper, refrigerator and freezer needs to be empty and clean, Pantry area also empty and clean, kitchen area, bathroom area should be clean. Bed areas don't need to be made. Addons like grilled if used needs to be cleaned. Outside trailer won't need to be cleaned.OR! Enhance your trip by selecting our Clean Camper 4 me If you choose not to clean the interior of the Camper after your trip due to being tired after a long fun vacay we can do that for you for a service fee of $60 (this does not include holding tanks) Check out our 9 enhanced trip add-ons below.

The House Car Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. We have a queen bed and 2 full size beds in form of bunk beds. Or 2 adults and up to 4 children for a total of 6 guest.
Q.What's included with Bedding add on?

We will provide clean, sanitized, scent free bedding and pillows for all of the camper beds in the Camper and 4 towels for bathroom for a fee of $30.
Our Beds already come included with mattress protectors, and bed toppers at no additional coast. Please leave those on beds at all times while in use.
Or you can bring your own bedding if you don't select the addon You will need: 1 queen size fitted sheet for the master bedroom, and 2 full size fitted sheets for the bunks and your own pillows
