The Murphy is an awesome camper, packed with some great features and a great layout. On the outside, you'll appreciate the 13' power awning giving you lot's of room to sit and watch the world go by and the bike rack on the front of the camper. Once you step on the foldout steps you'll get a feel for the quality of the e-Pro line. Inside you'll find a very comfortable couch with recliner type footrests that gives you a lot of room to maneuver around the camper. The kitchen has a three burner stovetop with a cover that gives you more prep room when you don't need it. the Murphy also features an oven - something that's pretty rare in this size camper. The fridge is really large and the microwave is at a comfortable height (some campers have them almost on the floor!) There's TV/DVD and Bluetooth radio so you can enjoy some music along the way and a comfortable dinette and ton's of storage finish out the main layout. The restroom is a really nice size with a sink and medicine cabinet along with tons of clothes storage and shower/bath with plenty of room. Once it's bedtime the dinette makes into a bed that would sleep one and the couch lays flat and the Murphy bed folds down. With the bed down you also get a front window to watch the stars. It has plugs/USB on the sides for phones/Cpaps and nightstands on each side. One of the biggest advantages of the murphy bed is that you don't have to crawl over anyone to get out of bed!The Murphy is well set up for boondocking (camping without hookups) with dual batteries, dual propane tanks and solar. The solar setup will let you not only charge the batteries it will power smaller 110v appliances. The solar setup won't power the air conditioner or the microwave but for everything else it's got it covered. The TV is 12v and will run off the battery/solar as well! Bottom line, this camper is great for a short weekend or months-long excursions with plenty of room but light enough to tow comfortably. You can see a virtual tour of the 19FD on the Forest River Website:What you will need to have to use this camper:
~ A tow vehicle with a minimum towing capacity of 3500#'s
~ A 7pin wiring connection (you cannot use a 4pin/adapter - it Must be the round 7pin)

We started out tent camping, bought our 1st Pop-up at a Garage Sale and rebuilt it, moved on to a bigger Pop-up and then a Trailmanor. When we sold a house and had no place to store a camper we sold the camper and then went back to tent camping - while hiking tall mountains (Pike's Peak & Mt. Whitney were amazing!). Then while doing a few days on the Appalachian Trail a horrific thunderstorm seemed to take away some of the zest for tent camping for my wife and we came back to campers! Love helping people take their first camping trip and experiencing the outdoors.

I am an RV rookie and John is a great teacher who seems to enjoy introducing neecomwers to the culture! Very helpful. Very thorough at communication and orientation!

John was great and a helpful resource for new campers. Felt confident heading out on our first trip. Loved the Murphy bed setup.

Great time in the Murphy camper! Were there things about this camper I would change? Sure. But for a first time camper outing I thought this was perfect and it gave me some ideas on what to look for next time. I highly recommend the Murphy and John was super nice/thorough/communicative.
