2020 Keystone RV Bullet Ultra Lite
Come get the full glamping experience! Boondock with water and a generator (this is an add-on, RV has a rear generator mount) or rent at an RV park with Wanderer PNW. We allow up to 2 dogs and have plenty of room to move around inside with 2 slides in the middle.
This RV Fits in almost any campground, too! It is the perfect medium size unit and can be hauled with half-tons and some half-ton frame vehicles. We love doing delivery and setup, and also allow owners to pickup with qualified vehicle and experience.We are a family veteran owned and ran small business in Spokane!Wanderer has 2 opposite slides = Roomy inside and fabulous to cook breakfast in the morning, for up to 5 people with great indoor and outdoor kitchen. Wanderer has a large living area and spacious kitchen with an island. Lots of counter space, outlets, and stocked with everything for cooking and eating for 5 and fully loaded! In/outdoor bluetooth sound system with DVD reader and Hdmi into TV where we include a fire stick if you have service.
Huge pantry, and lots of storage. Shower is large and roomy. Toilet paper included.
Bedroom has medium plush memory foam Queen bed and living room sofa is a full size. Dinette converts to a 40"x70". All linens are washed with sanitizer between rentals, and protectors are always used. We supply sheets and blanket for master bedroom but you must bring your own pillows. We find pillows are kind of personal, so we encourage that!All of our rentals are supplied for free a 10x10 pop-up shelter that can be placed anywhere instead of an awning, and also supply a large weatherproof entry rug that is designated to be used at the steps of the RV for gear and shoes to keep inside clean.As the only dedicated RV rental business in Spokane, Inland NW Rentals RV we, are commerically insured, and out Mission is high quality, communication, flexibility, user friendly fully stocked RVs and exceeding your expectations! You may use other paper and toss nto supplied bathroom waste basket and be emptied before end of trip.
Kitchen: Everything to cook, prep and eat. Knives, cutting board, mixing bowls, mini blender, air fryer, K-cup coffee maker, cooking and eating utenstils of all kinds. Settings for 5 people with extra backup. We cannot guarantee foil/wrap/bags are present, but will restock if it runs out. There will be room temperature essentials to cook like oil, salt/pepper/garlic and other combination spices great for grilling that will vary but a variety! I love cooking while camping, so you get to enjoy a full stock. The outdoor kitchen has a 2 burner propane stove, sink, cabinets, light and mini fridge ( fridge runs when RV is plugged into electricity/generator)
Supplies included: Sponge, soap for dishes and hands and sanitizing spray under sink. Dish mat included. In bathroom we supply soap and lotion. We use biodegradable soaps that do not harm nature. We also include shampoo/conditioner for stays over 5 days or with full hookups or on request. 😊
Bedroom: Queen medium plush gel memory foam, with a bed protector. We make the bed up with sheets and blanket, and you bring your own pillows.
Living room: Couch turns into a full- setup with Couch protector and/or teal cover. For dinette, I recommend bringing a sleeping bag or favorite blankets for this (41”x70”). Optional linens for living room.
Linens: We include bath towels, hand towels and washcloths to match the amount of persons in the RV. These are not for beach use.
RV has an Air conditioner and we also include a plug in fans available to use, however they only run on the generator or plugged into power. Feel free to bring rechargeable fan as there are plenty of USBs to charge with or run while sleeping.

Generator add-on: A firman 7500w running watt OR a westinghouse 4500w inverter 52db quiet generator. (These are both clean burning low odor propane only, no Gas) each comes with One 20lb filled propane tank with rental, 40 lb optional add-on and they do not need to be refilled. Tutorial included. Required for when there is no electrical hookup. These generators are **unlimited** hours.
This unit has an electric or propane option water heater.The unit is supplied with cleaning supplies for all surfaces including shower, toilet, a vacuum and a swiffer mop. Please pick up and treat it like you want it to last for a long time, as we love it too.
It is expected for the RV to be left tidied up, and some cleaning done. Laundry and a basic clean and sanitation is normal but if the unit is excessively dirty requiring carpet shampooing, stains or excessive cleaning there will be a $300 fee for a cleaner to come do the rental.RV tanks will be setup with tank biochemicals and small amount of water. Do not leave grey tanks open unless you are hooked up to full sewer at a site. (Generally a rule at all parks and campgrounds)RecommendationsBring a paddleboard or tubes and store underneath in the storage!

Smoking and drugs: There is No Smoking allowed in the RV. If smoke (including cigars, pipes, vapes, drugs, etc.) is detected by smell or residue requiring a deep cleaning, you will be charged a smoking/drug fee due to needing to ionize the unit.
We ask that dogs please stay off the furniture whenever possible and please wipe their paws. Dogs are not to be left inside RV alone due to damage risk and safety.For stationary delivery, we set it up AND break it down for you! Let us do the hard work and you get to enjoy it. Bring Pillows, sweatshirt, favorite blanket, food, and fire cooking supplies! We supplies skewers, otherwise the rest is for cooking over a stovetop.We send a video orientation you will need to watch, and please be ready with questions. We will do a tutorial onsite live expected to be 30-60 minutes. We ask guests to please be on time as we may need to leave after an hour to do another rental reservation.
For tank dumping I have a video for this specifically as there is a right way that works the best. Smoking and drugs: There is No Smoking allowed in the RV. If smoke (including cigars, pipes, vapes, drugs, etc.) is detected by smell or residue requiring a deep cleaning, you will be charged a smoking/drug fee due to needing to ionize the unit.
We ask that dogs please stay off the furniture whenever possible and please wipe their paws. Dogs are not to be left inside RV alone due to damage risk and safety.For stationary delivery, we set it up AND break it down for you! Let us do the hard work and you get to enjoy it. So there is no reason to hook up or move the RV except for dire emergencies such as fires etc. We are here for you and happy to help.
Videos are taken before and after every rental for inventory and condition purposes.A rental agreement (SRA) is required as part of this rental, and vehicle insurance declaration page is required along with drivers license to verify ownership and towing capability. Vehicle must has 7-pin (no converters allowed) so that the trailer brakes will be active. "SRA" includes fees, add-ons, unit specific rules and details and detailed rules. Our rules are standard for RV rentals and home rentals. Keven and I (Lara) are camping and adventure lovers. We backpack, tent camp and RV camp and have ran an Airbnb and rented RVs. We now opened our LLC Inland NW Rentals in Spokane Valley and do this as our home business. We have primary jobs in healthcare and corrections and also run a full a full hookup year round RV site on our property, too!

• Equalizer with sway bars are required to be used (free) for less than 3/4 ton truck. Maximum distance you may take this travel trailer is 8 hours.
• It is expected for the rv to be picked up in a way that is tidy and some cleaning done. Laundry, basic clean and sanitation is normal and included.
• If the RV is excessively dirty, stained, animal damage, smell- there will be a $300 fee for deep cleaning. The unit is supplied with cleaning supplies for all surfaces.
