Brand new 2022 Gulf Stream camper. Propane heat and hot water that does not require electricity to run. 13,500 BTU A/C cools down the entire camper quickly.Please bring your own linens and other bedware unless you select the addon for that.Please let me know us the camper will be connected to a water source or if you need the tank prefilled. While we use potable water in the fresh water tank, it is advised that you bring bottled water for drinking as the tank is filled with chlorinated city water.You are responsible for emptying the black and grey water thanks whenever they are full as well as at the end of your trip, or a fee may apply.Brief instructions on how to operate the camper is included but if you feel you need in-depth instruction (i.e. this is your first time camping in a camper) you can select the add-on for camper education. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Assuming there is not another renter dropping off or picking up the day your trip starts or ends, we can be very flexible with times.
Q.Do I need to empty the Grey and Black water tanks before returning the camper?
A.
Yes, the black and grey water septic tanks need to be fully emptied before the end of your trip. If you are unable to empty the tanks a $50 fee will be charged to cover our cost of having them emptied.
