Hello fellow Campers! This is a beautiful unit with a large spacious living room, L-shaped kitchenet, back ramp gate to haul all of those dirt bikes and quads which doubles as a rear porch, and an onboard Generator with 40 Gallon Fuel Tank! Truly a great camper to have a fantastic weekend away from all the distractions in our world today.Up front in the unit we have a Queen Size Memory Foam mattress that is easily ten times more comfortable than any stock RV mattress. The sofa folds out into a bed, the dinette folds out into a bed, and an additional bed at the rear motorizes down to create a bunk over the dinette. For convenience the unit has USB Charging jacks at all bed locations with exception of the main sofa bed.For those of you that like to take your media with you or have little ones to entertain while the adults sit around a campfire, the unit has (2) 55" Tv's in the main space, and a 32" TV in the Bedroom. DVD/BluRay Player is included as well!On the exterior of the unit we have a nice big awning out front to provide that much needed summer shade, an outdoor shower, and a fueling station to refill all of your gasoline powered toys like ATV's and Dirtbikes. The fueling station pumps out of the same tank that the generator runs on, which holds a massive 40 Gallons of Gasoline!Experienced operators will have no trouble working anything in the RV, but for those new campers out there we know you don't want to spend your whole weekend trying to figure out how to operate various items in the RV. For those new campers we will give you a detailed walkthrough before you take off on your adventure so that your experience can go as smoothly as possible. What's includedFresh Linens on the Queen Bed in the Bedroom, and the Bunk Bed at the rear of the unit. Linens are not provided for the fold out couch and the dinette conversion, but we do include three blankets to use for these areas.
We also include a full compliment of cookware for the Kitchen that you can see in the photos section.
Of course, a camper has to have their coffee so there's a coffee pot as well.
We even threw in a countertop ice maker for that ice cold tea or lemonade in case you need to cool down!
Other things to noteWe do have available an AT&T Internet Box that can be included in the rental for an additional $5/day. Unlimited usage as long as your destination has decent cell coverage. When in an area with good coverage it has been used to stream Netflix & Disney+ with no issues. All of the TV's in the camper are smart TV's except the one in the kitchen, and are set up to connect automatically to this Internet Box. Please check coverage prior to requesting the box, as we won't refund if you get there and it doesn't have coverage to work.As with anything in life, we've had to list a few fees below. All of these are completely optional and none of these will apply if you pick up the RV at our location and bring it back just like you took it. We aren't trying to make an extra buck by just tacking things on, we just need to cover our expenses and time for these various items.Renter is required to bring back the RV with a full generator gas tank. Refill costs will be actual cost of fuel at the time of refill plus $25 service fee.

We had such a great experience working with Newton. The camper is beautiful and comfortably slept 7 people. Newton is great communicator and replies quickly. I would definitely recommend working with Newton. Looking forward to coming back next year and utilizing the camper again!

Newton was a great host! He explained everything really well, and made me feel like I owned it myself. Very comfortable even with 7 people staying. I would 1000% rent this again!

Newton’s answer

Thanks Peyton! So glad you enjoyed your trip! Would gladly host you again!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We want to work with you on your trip. If you have any special requests for pickup and dropoff time differences from the listing please just shoot us a note so that we can work with you to make your trip happen the way you need.

Q.What are the electrical requirements of your RV?
A.
If the outdoor temperature is going to be above 80 degrees the unit needs a 50 amp hookup to feed the dual air conditioners. If your campsite is in the shade you may only need one AC unit to keep it cool and comfy. The unit can be plugged into a 30 amp space but only one AC unit can be run at a time when doing this. During the winter 30 amps is plenty as the main furnace runs on the onboard propane tanks, and 30 amps is plenty to feed the fireplace in the living room for those extra cold nights.

Q.What are the requirements if I want to use my own generator?
A.
In the summertime you will need a generator that is minimum 5500 Watts to run both of the AC units on the camper. For winter camping, a 4500 Watt generator should suffice. You will need to ensure that your generator has a 50 Amp RV Outlet on it, or a 30 Amp RV outlet plus a NON GFI 20 Amp regular household outlet. I do not have twist lock cables available so please keep in mind that you may need an additional adapter if your generator has twist lock outlets.
