"The family Rambler" is a 32 ft class C motorcoach. It is as easy to maneuver as a moving van. The coach sleeps 8 but depending on how far you are traveling a more comfortable amount of guests would be 6. Safety, comfort, and value are the cornerstones to the Phantom Class C motorhome by NeXus RV. All steel cage construction gives you the safest and best driving experience in the Class C industry and a 6’10” interior ceiling gives you the room you deserve for a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. "The family rambler is an E450 with a 55 Gallon Fuel Tank. It sports a high torque 7.3 liter Ford gasoline V8 Gas engine with a power Driver Seat, touch Screen Stereo w/Backup Camera & Bluetooth, Cup holders, wheel Inserts & Valve Extenders

It takes special care and precaution going into or out of driveways or approaches.This vehicle is perfect for travel to destinations in Michigan and the Midwest, to the east coast, or to the Southern US. Use as a guest room at a family reunion or to meet friends on a group camp adventure. This vehicle gets better fuel mileage than others in its class due to the new technology in the 7.3 liter V8 gasoline engine with better horsepower and torque than its V10 predecessor.We do not recommend or approve destinations west of St LouisNo towing is allowed, however if you would like to add your own bike rack to the rear hitch we will lock it on at your check in.Other things to noteWe do not charge a cleaning fee so please return RV in the same condition you receive it. Remove all trash, sweep the floor, wipe down all surfaces. If you do return it dirty inside we will charge a cleaning fee of $250.00.Return camper with empty tanks, including grey, black and fresh water - There will be a fee of $100.00 if this is not done.Return RV with a full tank of gas (same amount as it was when received). $7.00 per gallon will be charged if we have to fill it after your stay.Damage to vehicle that renders it unusable for the next guest will result in a loss of use fee in the amount of the rental rate for each day out of service.

My family has always enjoyed travel and after seeing much of the country and some travel abroad we always return to vacationing in our own back yard. We have been very blessed to have stayed in a few vacation homes over the years. We have always thought about hospitality as a business as well as living where you vacation. After all our experiences with hotels, vacation homes, and camp grounds all across America we found ourselves interested in sharing our idea of an awesome place to vacation. I have a background in design, construction, painting, and business and my wife has a career in the auto fleet sales industry. Both of our careers have depended on customer service. We have 2 children as well as 2 grandchildren. After entertaining lots of nieces, nephews and lots of family and friends we know what it takes to show your family a great time.

I highly recommend renting from Matt and Crystal. They were very responsive with all communications and the check out and check in process was very easy. Matt was also very informative and thorough throughout the entire process which made me very comfortable and confident while on my trip with their RV.
