2017 Fleetwood Flair
The Fleetwood Flair is a high quality 30 foot Class A RV. We have a personal lift on the side of the RV to lift a disabled person into the RV and a renovated 32" by 32" walk-in shower with no step. Shower chair provided if requested. We recently purchased Starlink internet service which can be added at an additional fee. At 30 feet, the RV is easy to drive and maneuver around parking lots but is large enough for all the amenities of larger RVs. The unit has a king-sized bed with a privacy door and a huge closet with multiple drawers. The unit has an microwave/convection oven and a three-burner stove. Also a pellet grill and small firepit. It has a good-sized refrigerator with a large freezer. It has a heat and air conditioning. Underneath storage to add to all the storage inside. Included are linens, dishes, silverware for six and pots and pans. A toaster and Keurig coffee maker add to the ease of making a quick breakfast. Three TVs, all with Free Roku channels including Disney+, Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. A two recliner sofa was recently added for your relaxation after a day of adventure. The bathroom has a good-sized shower with a stool for those who want to sit during their shower. Grab bars have been added to help those with moderate mobility issues get into the unit and in the shower. A large rug is included to turn a dirt floor outside the unit into a comfortable living space. Four camping chairs, a small coffee table and chairs are included for your morning coffee. The unit has two slide-outs, a large one expanding the kitchen, dinette and living room. The TV in the living room is positioned across from the recliners. We have recently added a wood pellet grill and a starter supply of 3 pounds of hardwood pellets. We also added a small mobile firepit and hot dog/marshmallow forks. This is an incredible value for the money and provides your family with a very comfortable vacation.What's includedFresh linens for six, four camping chairs, dishes, silverware, utensils and pans are included. Also included are pickleball rackets and balls. In case of rain, we supply several board games. Airport pickup at Tampa International or Clearwater/St. Petersburg airports are available upon request. Delivery and pickup anywhere in Florida are available by request on a mileage basis. We will deliver and set up the RV at a campsite that you choose if you prefer not to drive. There is a queen size bed with a mattress and convertible queen size sleeping bag (or two single sleeping bags) that lower from above the cab when parked at your campsite.We recently added a outside lift which will lift a handicapped person from the ground all the way to the floor level of the RV. NO steps to negotiate as long as the person can stand on the lift while a remote moves it upward to the floor of the RV. Everything was perfect! An amazing RV with an amazing host. Everything is included with this rental, without extra charges, which is a big deal if you have ever rented before. Would definitely recommend.

We had the best experience with both Kurt and this RV. Kurt was great about teaching us about the RV, answering any questions we had, responding to questions while we were away, and just being a super great 'host.' The RV was EXTREMELY comfortable, including the bed and recliners, it had every amenity we could possibly need (from flatware, silverware, cutlery, a full 3-burner oven/stove/microwave/convection oven, blenders, tools, linens, towels, coffee maker, even paper and cleaning items, games, blankets, flashlights, outdoor seating set-up, pellet grill, outside TV/radio, and so much more) and everything worked perfectly, especially the AC, which we were needlessly concerned about, as this was a 2-week August rental. The AC was cold!!! There is TONS of space and storage. Once in the unit - everything made good common sense, including what needed to be on or off to run various things like the slide-outs, auto-leveler feet, generator, awning, etc. Loved the hidden under-cabinet lighting (see photo). I would highly recommend Kurt and his RV. This unit is super spacious and accessible and would be highly beneficial for anyone with any mobility issues as there is a standing lift to get one from the ground to inside, and with the new super spacious all-in-one bathroom/shower, no need to step over any threshold. It even has a heated bidet! (see photos). Although boondocking is fine with this unit, I would highly recommend renting a campsite that has 30 or 50 amp hook-ups and water. And if possible, one with an in-site dump station - then you don't have to worry about how full the water, grey, black tanks are - it all just works perfectly on its own until you unhook. Renting from Kurt was an absolute pleasure. Prior to picking up the RV, his communication was great and he answered every question I had in a timely fashion. This continued with additional questions that came up throughout the trip. Kurt picked my family and I up from the airport in Tampa, which was relatively easy. He helped load all of our luggage into the RV, then drove the RV several miles north of the airport (on our intended route of travel) to a parking lot where he spent about an hour going over the features of his RV.

We can bring the RV to you or to your campsite including hookups so all you have to do is move in with clothes and food.
Q.What kind of lift does the RV have?

The RV has an external lift for a standing person. There is an insert that covers the stairs so when the lift is at height, the disabled person can walk straight into the RV on the main level.
