Meet Clark, he is a 2008 Tiffin Allegro 32BA, fully loaded and ready to provide an awesome traveling experience for you.The bedroom is at the back of the coach and with a large slide-out offers plenty of space and privacy. There is a super comfy brand-new queen bed with plenty of room to walk around on both sides, cabinets overhead, and a hanging closet as well. There is access to the bathroom from the bedroom as well as the hallway.The bathroom has lots of storage for all those extra linens and a tall stand in shower that has plenty of room.Clark does not disappoint in the kitchen, providing fully stocked with lots of extras. 3 burner gas stove, oven, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and much more! You also get a microwave and a standard-size RV fridge/freezer and an additional pantry area above the table for added storage.Clark is all about comfort and you will see this in the main cab area with a large slide-out! Upgraded reclining couch (does not convert to bed) that is super comfy to travel on and a fold-down table making a twin-size bed. Each can accommodate one adult or two children easily. Super comfy captain chairs make driving and riding passenger the ultimate experience! You have a privacy curtain in the front which covers the entire windshield area as well as blackout shades on all windows.There is also a TV in the living room area as well as a DVD player and a radio with speakers throughout the RV.Clark provides a backup camera as well as lane-changing cameras making driving super easy.As a standard we include dish soaps, hand soap, paper towels, TP, and toilet pods as well. Need something not mentioned? Ask us we might have it :)What is camping without all the outside gear? Well, don’t worry, Clark has it all!Standard outdoor items included:• 4 Folding chairs• Table• Small tabletop gas grill• All Items needed to connect RV to full hook-up siteWhat's included•As a standard, we include dish soaps, hand soap, paper towels, TP, and toilet pods as well. Also, included are all the needed kitchen accessories. Need something not mentioned? Ask us we might have it :)Rental Fees:Prep & Sanitation Fee $100 – This includes prepping the unit and sanitation prior to each rental. This is not a cleaning fee; renter is required to return Clark clean.Pet Fee $55 per trip – Required when traveling with your fur babies (dogs only due to severe allergies). RV must be FREE of pet hair to avoid additional charges. (This fee does not cover any damage this will be subject to additional charges.)Cleaning Fee $200 – Clark is to be returned clean, dishes done and put away, floors mopped, bathroom clean, etc. We will take care of the linens, just bag up anything that was used. If you don't have time or don't want to hassle with it, no problem we can do it for you. Please note, if returned dirty this fee will automatically be charged within 48 hours.Excess Cleaning Fee $100 – If Clark is returned excessively dirty, or with other issues that require more than just a general cleaning additional charges will be applied.Optional Sanitation Dump $100 – Includes dumping of all tanks, if you wish to dump this fee does not apply.Return Empty Fee $50 – Clark will be delivered with a full tank of gas, full propane, and a full water tank. The renter is to return Clark with all 3 full as well. If you do not want to hassle with it, no problem we will take care of it for you for a $50.00 charge plus the actual cost of fuel and/or propane . This will be charged within 48 hours of return. Other things to note• Minimum rental age 25
• The RV is cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking and will have fresh towels and linens.
• No music festivals will be allowed
• There is a strict no-smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, we reserve the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect
• If something is not working do not attempt to fix it. Notify the owner right away.
• A complete walk-through of Clark will be provided with each Rental including how everything works and little tips!

Clark the RV was great, we drove well over 1,200 miles going up the steep roads to the Grand Canyon, then to Page AZ, Glen Canyon Dam & Antelope Canyon and then driving to Albuquerque NM and dry camping at the Balloon Fiesta for 4 days and back to Phoenix. We had no problems and the Clark the RV was pretty spacious with the slideouts. Before we took Clark, Rudy explained how to operate the RV and had plenty of tips such as good places to refuel a large RV and restaurants that he recommended along our route. Thanks!!!
