The trailer was beautiful and Joseph was very communicative until the trip started. Joseph apparently had a bad renter prior to us, so he stripped the trailer- no remote for the tv - so it was unusable, no camping chairs, no bedding or towels, 4 paper plates, a few paper cups and no utensils. He is new to renting trailers with hook ups (according to him) so he told me there was no sewage hookup (there was) and I ended up having to find another camper to empty the tanks after 2 nights. I repeatedly messaged him for two days and I got no response.
If you are knowledgeable about trailers and know how to do hookups and anything else having to do with RV camping and are willing to bring everything you need - bedding/pillows, towels, plates, cups, utensils, chairs- then this is a great trailer. For us, it was a frustrating experience. I’ve rented several trailers through Outdoorsy and this was the first negative experience.

Great host who really went out of his way to help us in getting the camper delivered. Massive trailer that is super nice!
