Great camper for a small family! 22’ 3,800lbs dry weight dual axle pulls very easily! Has single over double bunks, the dinette and sofa fold into bed also. Full kitchen with 3 burner cooktop with oven and microwave! Large fridge with freezer. Includes two full 20lb propane tanks. Power awning on the outside. Also has heat and A/CWhat's includedBlankets, pillows, dishes, pots and pans, Coffee maker. All fresh water and sewer hoses as well as electrical cords. Also includes heavy duty weight distribution hitch with sway bars.RecommendationsYou will need a tow vehicle that can tow at least 5,000 lbs. and will also need a trailer brake controller.Other things to noteAlso has weight distribution hitch and sway bars.
