Our bunk house style travel trailer is just the right size for your family to camp in style! Easily towable by an SUV or truck as the dry weight is 4,081 pounders! There’s one slide out on the driver side. It sleeps up to 5 adults comfortably (can sleep more with small children). The interior floor plan features a true queen bed, double size bunk beds that are 4 feet wide, dinette which makes into additional sleeping space, enclosed bathroom with sink, mirror, shower and toilet. This home on wheels also has a full kitchen including a huge refrigerator, freezer, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, microwave convection oven, and large sink. You will also be able to enjoy the following comforts including A/C, Heating, 27” TV with Roku (Internet or hot spot required), Hdmi Connection, and AM/FM/Bluetooth Multimedia Audio System. On the outside of the trailer for your enjoyment and comfort there is also a 15’ Awning with speakers and LED Lighting, Exterior water sprayer, and outdoor griddle. Storage is no issue with this trailer and you won’t be waiting for water to heat up, as there’s an electric water heater! Other things to note Comes with Blue Ox Sway bars and hitch to tow. We will attach and show you how to set up the hitch to your vehicle. May be able to use 7 pin break controller if needed.We Offer Drop-Off/Pick-Up (including full set up and breakdown - dumping included!) options as well! Additional fees apply.Cleaning and Preparation: We do charge a cleaning fee for each rental of $75.00. This helps us cover the time it takes to clean the interior and exterior of the trailer, stock consumable camping supplies, cost of cleaning supplies, laundering all linens, and preparing the trailer for each rental so that we can comply with CDC recommendations for cleaning and sanitization.There is absolutely NO smoking, vaping, recreational drug use, etc allowed in this trailer. No pets, tailgating or music festivals allowed.If you are towing our trailer you must be 25 years of age or older. You must also have the appropriate towing vehicle for the size and weight with trailer brakes already installed. This is a must. If your vehicle does not have trailer brakes you must choose "delivery" for your option.Please note that NO FOOD/DRINKS other than water are allowed down the sinks. Please scrape off/wipe out all food into trash can before washing dishes in the sink. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in partial/full forfeit of your deposit for any damages.

Jayson and his wife made this trip so relaxed and memorable for our Annual fishing/camping trip. Everything was perfect, they had everything setup before we got to our campsite so we could enjoy their highly new RV with all the works right away. We would definitely rent their RV again.
