Ready to escape the heat and relax? While traveling, the Northern Star will provide you the simple basics of home with a flexible mounted television + streaming apps, running toilet, shower, microwave, air conditioner, fireplace heater, comfortable beds padded with foam toppers, sheets, pillows, and bed comforters -- so no need to bring your sleeping bags! Sleeps up to five. What happens in the camper, stays in the camper. Make memories. I want to earn your five stars! What's includedAlways fresh linen and toilet paper for my guests.RecommendationsVEHICLE REQUIREMENTS: This trailer is minimal of 3,000lbs in dry weight, so make sure your vehicle is able to tow and that you have the hitch with the proper 2 5/16 inch bulb! Also, make sure you have the proper 7-pin electrical receiver for your vehicle for the running/brake lights! If not, I do have the 7-to-4 pin adapter available.SPOTTING: There is no rear camera to assist with backing up. If you're not a confident driver with a trailer, please use a spotter to assist backing up!TRAILER LEVELING: The crank is available in the locked storage compartment (key provided) on the front-passenger side. Both stabilizers are on the rear side of the campers, use the crank to lower and provide rear support to the trailer.DINER TABLE: The diner table can convert to a full-size bed, fold the table support bars inward so the bed can be setup. The pillow and comforter can be found in the storage area beneath the diner table.STOVE: If you're looking to use the propane stove, remember to open the tank, set the knob to "Light", then use a long match to light the stove. Using a short match will risk burns, so please be careful!SHOWER / SINK: The camper does have a water heater, the propane tank needs to be open for this. You need to verify on the switch panel that the water heater is on. The switch can be reset by opening the door utility panel on the passenger side of the trailer.TELEVISION: This is a 24" smart television equipped with apps. If you go somewhere (Ex: KOA Kampground) with available WiFi, go ahead and log into your streaming services and enjoy. The TV is also cable ready.BEDS: The Queen Bed is maxed to 550lbs.
The Diner Table bed is maxed out to 150lbs.
The Bunk Beds are maxed out to 300lbs. Only children or someone petite is recommended to use the top bunk!
Please do not break these beds!
AIR CONDITIONER / FIREPLACE HEATER: If you use either, you'll need to plug the trailer into a power supply. The battery cannot power these items.SKY LIGHTS: There are two of these, one above the shower and the other above the fridge. Make sure these are closed when traveling!SEWAGE: Use the hose provided in the rear bumper of the trailer. Hook it up to the black-colored drainage located on the rear driver-side, then open the panel to ...(ehem).. let it flow.
Other things to note1) Please no smoking inside the camper!2) Please don't flush anything else besides toilet paper while using the throne!3) If its windy, please retract the awning as the wind will damage it!4) Each electrical outlet is rated for 15 Amperes. The camper is rated for 30 Amperes max, so don't plug in high amp electronics and have everything running!5) Remember to turn off the propane when you're not using the stove or needing hot water for the sink or showering! Please refill the propane when returning the trailer!6) Please empty the black and grey waters at the nearest available sewage dump station. If the campsite does not have one, find one in a nearby town/city. A lot of gas stations have sewer dump sites. The hose for the dumping is available in the rear bumper of the camper.7) Did you have a campfire? If so, please completely PUT OUT YOUR FIRE! If its hot to touch, it's not out. Follow all local laws and fire restrictions.8) Pack it in, pack it out! Leave no trace. If you brought or create trash, please pack it out and dispose of it properly! I will be happy to take your aluminum cans upon returning.9) If you bring your pet, please pick up after them!10) You're on vacation, enjoy yourself!

We had a great experience with this RV and with its owner! Stephen was so helpful and reliable! It was a wonderful ten days! We won’t hesitate to book this RV again in the future. I highly recommend utilizing this listing if you’re interested in a comfortable place to live when in in the outdoors or just need room for an extra guest at your house.
