2020 Dutchmen Coleman Light
This romantic getaway on wheels is a 2020 Coleman Dutchmen 1805RB. It has a fire place for those romantic nights with your significant other. It can sleep a total of 4 people if you have children with you. The couch folds out to be twin-sized bed. The bedroom has an RV Queen with an upgraded memory foam mattress that will sleep 2 adults comfortably.Our travel trailer is on the lighter end with weight so can easily be pulled with a Half-ton truck (F-150) with the proper towing package. You need to provide the proper equipment to transport the trailer which includes electronic trailer brakes. We can also provide an anti-sway hitch for your truck if it is the proper height. Experience with pulling large trailers is preferred upon booking. Larger trucks would provide more stability when pulling this trailer and better gas mileage of course.What's includedThe travel trailer comes fully stocked with all kitchen utensils including flatware, plastic and ceramic plates, cups and bowls, pots and pans for cooking, grill accessories, kitchen table, Blackstone grill, a Single serve coffee maker and a air fryer.
We will also include toilet paper, some cleaning supplies, a broom, dust pan and a Swiffer, RV sewage hose kit, water hoses for drinking water and tank flush, inline water filter, wheel chocks, surge protector, main power cord and adapter plugs. This trailer has a 32 inch tv with a firestick for all of your entertainment needs.We have 1 full-size sheet set we provide for the couch pull-out and also a queen-size sheet set for the Bedroom. 6 standard size pillows. Everything will be washed and bleached after rental/use. Any extra linens will need to be provided by the renter for personal comfort.All blankets and décor will stay with the camper to keep a home feel while traveling. If you prefer not to be responsible for taking care of these items while traveling let us Know.Other things to noteNo smoking or pets inside the trailer. Everything must be clean and returned the same way as you received. Gray and black water tanks must be emptied!!!

Fabian is amazing. He answer messages very quickly. His RV is perfect for a couple. It has everything you will need and it is immaculately clean. We had the very best 4 day weekend possible. Looking forward to renting again with him.

Fabian was very nice and thorough with the explanation of how all the systems on the trailer functioned. He was very accommodating with pick up and drop off times and procedures. The camper was very well appointed and worked flawlessly during my outing. I would not hesitate to rent from him again!
