Spirit sleeps 7-8, private queen bedroom, queen bed over the cab, dinette, and jack knife couch. (We recommend small children for the couch as it is small for adults). There are seatbelts for 7. Spirit has central air and furnace to keep you comfortable in any weather conditions, however you will need a minimum of 30-amp service to operate.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need on your adventure. There is ample counter space available. A TV is in the main living area that includes a built-in DVD player and Hdmi adapter to connect gaming systems. There is an antenna on the roof that will provide many local channels.
The bedroom has lots of storage. There is also plenty of storage in the outside compartments.
The bathroom is divided into a room that includes the toilet and sink on one side of the hall and a shower on the other.

RecommendationsJust a few of our favorite destinations are Daytona Beach Florida and Panama City Florida the ocean is our absolute favorite place to visit. Bennett Springs Iowa where the boys love to trout fish. Some great family destinations we also recommend are Wisconsin Dells and Branson Missouri.

Other things to notePlease follow these important rules:*Both the gray and black water tanks must be dumped, or a $200 fee will be held from your deposit.
*Must return with full fuel tank. (Cost of fuel will be deducted from deposit if tank not filled)
*Do not climb on the roof! They are delicate, easy to damage and expensive to fix!
*No hauling of any items on roof!
*No Subletting the RV at any time.
*No towing
*Awning use is not covered on rentals should any mishaps or damage occur. We strongly Prohibit use of the awning during your trip - renter is responsible for any damage caused to the awning. Awning replacement runs around $1500-$2000.
* NO SMOKING OR VAPING! Please take these activities outside or you will forfeit your entire deposit for cleaning fees.
*No candles or open flames inside the RV.
* No festivals, Ragbrai, or tailgating. No indoor parties!
* Sorry, no pets! Since we rent our RV to lots of people and many may have animal allergies, we ask that you leave all pets at home. Any evidence of pets will forfeit your entire deposit for cleaning fees.
*All Passengers are required to use safety belts while the RV is in motion. There are a total of 7 Safety belts. Driver’s seat, passenger seat, 2 on the couch and 3 in the dinette. Any injuries caused without the use of safety belts is not covered by RV insurance and will result in renters paying all damage/bodily injury expense out of pocket.
* The slower you drive, the better the gas mileage will be!
*Only marine TP is allowed. Flushing sanitary products, wet-wipes, cigarette butts, paper, etc. will cause a back-up in the blackwater tank... you don't want to experience that, and it will incur extra charges.
Check the tire pressure before you leave. Any tire damage or replacement tires will be incurred by the renter.
*Please follow all campground rules if you will be visiting them on your travels.
*Do not travel with slide out in extended position.
Spirit has a pickup time of 4pm on the date of your reservation. (Early pick up is not guaranteed however please check with us if early pick up is desired and we will do our best to grant your request. When picking up, allow for 45 minutes roughly for additional paperwork and walkthrough/training. All drivers should be present for training and walkthrough. Return for the RV is 1pm. If late return you will be charged an additional day after 1pm. Upon return, allow for some time for a walkthrough to ensure no damage and figuring up additional charges (if any).
Photos and videos for set-up can be provided to help you remember what to do, however a detailed demo will be conducted at pick up. Please feel free to call or text if you can’t remember how to use something. We’re here to help make your trip as smooth and fun as possible!

Early pick up may be available. Please contact us prior to rental date to discuss. We understand some things cannot be avoided when traveling.
