2021 Forest River Rockwood Ultra Lite
This RV can easily sleep 10 and allows to sleep 6 without any additional work. The kids will enjoy the back bunk room to themselves and the parents will enjoy the ability to have some peace and quiet at night. The rig has 2 ACs which can easily cool down and keep it cold at night. There are large tanks to minimize the hassle of unwanted work over a 4-5 day trip. The rig includes the conveniences of an outdoor kitchen with propane hookup, outdoor fridge, outdoor sprayers for cleanup, DVD player, coffee maker, and microwave. For an additional charge the table, outdoor chairs, and griddle can be set up. We can provide bedding at an additional cost. Please note whether or not you would like bedding in the primary bedroom also the bunkroom on the add on options. **This is not a towable rental. Only I can tow rig-up/rig-down. What's includedHookup hoses, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, silverware, indoor towels, travel soaps, trash can with trash bags, outdoor stove top. Delivery and pickup within 50 miles.RecommendationsThis rig is great for family trips to the lake or biking trails. Grapevine Vineyards is a wonderful place to go as a family.Other things to noteThis is not a towable rental. I am the only one who can tow and rig up/rig down. Rig up/rig down will be provided which includes all tank work and setting up outdoor equipment for a fee. Please provide your own bedding such as sheets/sleeping bags. We allow pets but please be mindful of any pets that might have chewing issues. Please make sure that the spot has enough room and there is no need to squeeze the 5th wheel in when backing up. No smoking.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

If you need a drop off between Monday through Thursday I will not be able to drop it off until 4-5pm. Friday through Sunday I can drop off after noon.
