New Forest River Flagstaff E-Pro 19BH . This RV brand and model was chosen specifically for its superior construction build and materials. Azdel construction is the most superior and modern materials used to build RV these days. Comes with Aluminum frame and 3/4 inch plywood floors. Don’t be fooled by cheap ribbed exterior construction. All those other RV’s are made of Wood frame and Lauan plywood walls.
If it does not have an Azdel sticker on the outside, it’s going to be cheaper materials used .Grover has all the West Coast Camper needs. This towable travel trailer . Exactly the same trailer as a Rockwood Geo Pro 19BH
Comes with a Queen size bed, dinette that converts to a teenager size sleeper, bunk beds, (sleeps total, 4 adults 1 teen)

This includes marijuana, tobacco, and vaping. Any smoking in the unit will forfeit your damage deposit. Thank youDogs allowed 1 med /small dog allowed . We like to keep this trailer , while being rented, close to home. So we will not allow travel distance beyond Osoyoos or 400 kms away in any direction .
When renting, it is up to the renter, to get the trailer back to the same pick up location. Failure to do so, will result in loss of security deposit and retrieval costs.

This goes towards extra cleaning between rentals by the owner, including keeping the exterior of the trailer clean, deep cleaning of the interior, stocking the unit with cleaning supplies, dish soap, toilet paper & paper towels, etc. All renters are required to wipe up any spills and be mindful of marks left on the walls and floor. The trailer and all it’s amenities after use, returning it in the same condition it was picked up. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees being charged.
Please Do Not put any objects (feminine hygiene products, Q-tips, paper towel) in the toilet.PICK UP & DROP OFF POLICY: In order to run this business smoothly and get it cleaned and ready between rentals the trailer needs to be picked up and dropped off at the agreed upon time.Please NO SMOKING permitted inside the trailer. This includes marijuana, tobacco, and vaping. Any smoking in the unit will forfeit your damage deposit. Thank youDogs allowed 1 med /small dog allowed . We like to keep this trailer , while being rented, close to home. So we will not allow travel distance beyond Osoyoos or 400 kms away in any direction .
When renting, it is up to the renter, to get the trailer back to the same pick up location. Failure to do so, will result in loss of security deposit and retrieval costs.

Hello , I am a camping lover , and have fallen in love with our Travel Trailer. Tent camping is a thing of the past. Nothing is better than enjoying nature the way she was intended. I have a lovely Wife, two teenage sons and a four legged son with a tail. We love camping at site with power and water, But if you have to , you can go boon docking and pick up our gas generator inverter, to power the AC, Microwave. Previous experience towing . You Must have a 7 pin RV towing connector for Operation of the Trailer Brakes. You will also need a rear hitch receiver that is 2 inch square. We will provide the towing ball and weight distribution hitch. If needed, we will provide a wireless trailer brake controller.
