Everything is included, please see list and if there’s any requests, we will do our best to accommodate.Welcome to “El Capitan” this 29’ RV is the perfect set up for the next family
adventure. Everything in it is what we need and want to share with you. With a standard queen bed, over head bunk and two additional converting beds, you can easily accommodate UP TO 6 or 7 people (depending on size). However, it is still very easy to maneuver and get in and out campsites and ferries.El Capitan comes outfitted with most kitchen essentials, kitchenware for 6, some spices, condiments, an air fryer, and a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. All bedding is included as well. The only thing you should have to bring is your, clothes, food, and a good attitude to create your own memories.
We require a seven (7) night minimum booking.Please be respectful: No smoking, vaping, no concerts/festivals, and no pets. We will have the vehicle cleaned, gassed, and ready to go. Please return the unit the same way!

- Pick-up time is anytime after 9 am and must be returned no later than agreed

Early pick-up or late returns may be available upon request, but must discussed ahead of time._Delivery; if you opted for delivery, the fee is set at $9/ km to account for delivery and pick up ($4.5/km each way). this is because OD only charges for delivery and does not account for the pick up portion.- PLEASE NO SMOKING, or vaping inside the RV. Additional charges WILL be
applied if smoke/smoking damages are detected after the RV has been returned.- Please be respectful of the RV property, and usage. We try to give everyone the
best experience as possible. Please treat this unit as if it is your own. if the RV is in need of interior excess cleaning, a fee of $150.00 will be applied.**ONLY RV rated chemicals and toilet paper are permitted for the RV. These
items are included with your rental - 1 toilet paper pack per trip. Please DO NOT
flush anything other then the RV rated toilet paper down the toilet, as this WILL
clog the tanks when flushing.
**Black and Grey tank indicators MUST display empty when returned. Even if you
emptied it, indicators must show empty, because if it doesn't, I have to make sure for the next renters. This requires me to take the unit to a dumping station, and empty the tanks again and make sure the indicators show empty for the next
renters like yourself. I will have to charge the dumping fee of $199. This process is
time consuming and 30mins away, hence the charge. Thank you for your
understanding.Restriction: Attendance of the Burning Man Festival or any other festival with our vehicle is not
allowed. Failure to comply with this restriction will result in a penalty of a minimum $5,000 – void
of CDR, CDW, and renter’s responsibility for all costs involved (including, but not limited to,

This Supplemental Rental Agreement (SRA), along with the Outdoorsy RV Rental Agreement, Outdoorsy Terms of Service and Policies, which are incorporated herein by reference, is made by and between the persons listed in the booking details page of your Outdoorsy account, namely the Renter and the RV Rental Owner ("Dealer" or “Owner”) for the rented vehicle (the “Rental”). Renter and Owner are referred to collectively herein as the “Parties”. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall survive the end of the rental period and remain in full force and effect. Where Renter has released and/or indemnified Owner, it has also released and/or indemnified Owner’s officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and the vehicle's owner of record. By entering into a confirmed booking, Renter and Owner acknowledge that they read the terms of this Agreement and agree to such terms before being asked to exchange possession of the Rental. Additionally, Renter permits Outdoorsy to process a charge to the card listed on file for all rental and claim related charges due under this Agreement. The Parties have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement and thereby give their consent to the Agreement and acknowledge that by completing a booking that Renter is the designated primary driver and will take full responsibility for any damage or incidents occurring during the rental period. Renter understands and acknowledges that if Renter purchased an Outdoorsy protection package only verified drivers are allowed to drive or operate the rental vehicle.

My trip at Banff and Jasper Np will not be perfect if without William’s Rv. The host William he is very nice and very helpful a lot, The RV has everything that we needed, he’s also very flexible for the time when we pickup-return the RV. We will definitely book his RV again for the future trip. Thank you William!

From the first message, William was absolutely fantastic to deal with. As new RVers, William provided an excellent orientation of all the features so our trip would be trouble free. The camper comes fully equipped with everything you need, including incidentals like a few coffee pods, condiments, spices, and peanut butter! All systems functioned perfectly and everything was like new. All linens were clean and fresh. The camper is extremely well cared for and performed flawlessly as we explored over 2000km of highway and campgrounds in the Rockies. As a host, William was amazing. Always prompt at responding to messages. Considerate of questions and requests, and very understanding when our return time was stretched due to a sink hole on the TransCanada Hwy.

2 week trip was wonderful. William was a great host. Quick to respond. RV great. Super clean. Well equipped as we came from Ont with clothing only. Just 2 of us. Bed very comfortable. Accurate as per the pictures. Had a couple of minor suggestions which William readily accepted. Was nice that it came equipped as many other sites have you add dishes linens etc separately and charge separately. Would highly recommend William.

My family and I had a wonderful trip to Canada in Williams motorhome. The pickup was seamless, everything about the motorhome during our stay was great for our family and didn't have any issues or complaints. William was very willing and able to be as flexible as possible and work around both of our schedules with enough notice and communication.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

"El Capitan" is as easy as driving a full size pickup truck. The biggest difference is the height and length.
Once you're behind the wheel you'll see how easy it is to drive.
Parking and backing up. We recommend having someone on the ground to help guide you when backing at a campsite.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Our preferred times for pick up and return are 10am to 5pm. With a predetermined actual time to ensure the best experience.
Other hours; Everything within reason. We are parents too and understand that travel sometimes has challenges. good communication is the key.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
When booking a campsite look for a 30W electric hook up.
we provide all the electrical adaptors and extension cords that you may need.
Water; A WHITE water hose, and water pressure regulator are provided to hook up to, and fill the potable water tank.
Sewage; A sewer hose and coupler kit is included as well as gloves for easy emptying convenience.
