2016 Coachmen Prism 2252LE available to rent preferably to mature couples or small family. This is more than just a motorhome to our family. We take great pride and care of it and expect the same therefore we will be selective with finding the right renters. We have a long bucket list in this motorhome that we are still planning to complete. That being said, with our busy schedule we don't get to use it often and would like to share our second home with you. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Thank youThis motorhome is very easy to drive being 24ft long, diesel motor (you will save a lot of money on diesel vs gas motorhome), propane generator, solar panel, two slides, and etc...Sorry, no smoking and small pets are okay. The $100 cleaning fee is for exterior cleaning only. No extra fee for late return if within the same day.The RV will come with a full tank of gas and propane. Please fill them up upon return. Other items included are as follows:

- Prep fee: $100.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Cleaning and dumping fees are not included.

Steve is a very thoughtful RV owner who has prepared really well for a young family like ours. The vehicle is maintained fairly well. The communication before and after is excellent. Would absolutely recommend it.

What a wonderful owner. RV had everything you can imagine plus some more for your comfort. We brought ton of extra thinking we’ll need camping items but this RV had it all including Q-tips. Very easily driven and ton of money saved on gasoline since it’s diesel. Four of us thoroughly enjoyed our time in Banff plus this Airbnb on wheels made it that much more enjoyable. Thank you Steve!!

Outstanding experience. Very well equipped and comfortable rv with everything you could possibly need for an excellent trip. We made it to all 4 Canadian Rockies parks. Highly recommended.
