Late drop-offs MUST be arranged in advance and incur a $40/hour charge up until 5pm. ***All early pick-ups and late drop-offs must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.***WATER AVAILABILITY: You (the renter) are responsible for managing water at all times during your rental period to prevent water damage including freezing pipes. Therefore if the temperatures (especially at night) where you are traveling will be below freezing (32 degrees F or 0 degrees C) you will need to either dump the fresh water and grey water to prevent freezing pipes and/or run the onboard propane heater at all times the temperature is below freezing. Fresh and grey water is not available from November through February (pipes are winterized during this time). In March, April, September, and October, you may put water in the vehicle if temperatures, where you are traveling, will remain above freezing during the day.VEHICLE USE AND RULES:
• Campervans are NOT 4-wheel drive vehicles, thus you should only drive under appropriate conditions. Rough, high-clearance, off-road conditions ("jeep roads") are not allowed (you won't have the clearance).
• One of the best things about this Campervan is that it is not a bulky, or hard-to-maneuver RV. However, we suggest you take some time at the beginning of your trip to acquaint yourself with driving the vehicle. While you will have 24-hour roadside assistance, this is applicable to recognized and accessible roads only and is not always a quick solution should you get stuck. Therefore, avoid mud, wet grass, etc. Getting the vehicle stuck due to a non-mechanical issue is your responsibility.
• You will likely be exploring areas new to you, so please stay attentive at the wheel and do not rush your travel. We expect you to adhere to all state and local traffic laws.
• You are free to travel anywhere in the continental US or Canada. Mexico is strictly prohibited. We will ask for an overview of your trip when booking and again when you pick up.
• All tolls are your expense and must be paid AT THE TIME OF TRAVEL.
• Additional fees may be incurred if the vehicle is not returned in the same condition as the pickup. This includes filling the gas tank, dumping grey and black water tanks, and excessive clearning. Most trucking stops and many CO state parks and campgrounds offer services to dump. If you won't have time (or don't want to handle) dumping and/or pumping, be sure to add on these services when you check out or let us know during your rental window and we can help.
• You are expected to treat the vehicle respectfully.

• You will likely be exploring areas new to you, so please stay attentive at the wheel and do not rush your travel. We expect you to adhere to all state and local traffic laws.
• You are free to travel anywhere in the continental US or Canada. Mexico is strictly prohibited. We will ask for an overview of your trip when booking and again when you pick up.
• All tolls are your expense and must be paid AT THE TIME OF TRAVEL.
• Additional fees may be incurred if the vehicle is not returned in the same condition as the pickup. This includes filling the gas tank, dumping grey and black water tanks, and excessive clearning. Most trucking stops and many CO state parks and campgrounds offer services to dump. If you won't have time (or don't want to handle) dumping and/or pumping, be sure to add on these services when you check out or let us know during your rental window and we can help.
• You are expected to treat the vehicle respectfully.

--- No perfumes or heavy scents (including air fresheners, diffusers, fish smells, curries etc) (ya just can't get those smells out, and some cause allergies)OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Costs or inconveniences incurred by the renter's travel interruptions.
• Loss, damage, or injury to people or property from any vehicle or equipment rented from owner.
• Owner reserves the right to cancel reservations for reasons including severe weather conditions (who wants frozen pipes!), renter condition/behavior at the time of pick up, etc.

We had the best time in this campervan. We stayed 9 nights visiting 8 national parks + more. Whitney was so easy to work with and quick to respond. Highly recommend if you are wanting to your Colorado and Utah. This van made it so easy to get around. We didn’t have any issues at all. We can’t wait to come back.

Had a blast in Whitney and Colin's RV. Family of 4 fits comfortably in their Solis. RV is in good working order, no issues whatsoever. We had a blast!
