We are a only delivery and set up rental. You are required to reserve your camping spot and forward that info to us. We will only deliver in a 30 mile radius of the campers home base. Always get the 30 ft or bigger spots for this travel trailer. 2 Pet Maximum allowed in camper. Most campgrounds only allow 2 dogs. If there is damage from pets or customer there will be charges added. Treat the camper as its yours please.Fully operational. Has propane for cooking AND 30/50 amp for connection for power. The bathroom sits between kitchen living area and the master bed, with a door on each side for privacy.Sleeping areas include 1 queen bed, and the dinning area turns into sleeping area. Sleeps 4 comfortably could be 5 if small children sleeping on the converted bed.Large dinning table and table for all your food and supplies. The back of camper has a back porch with a rail around to keep small children and pets safe.
