We had an outstanding time renting this van for our 10 day trip across the Southwestern US. It did well on bumpy forest roads and in ice — SolRising is ready for any condition. The extra large battery and water tank made it so we could stay off the grid the entire trip which was very convenient for dispersed camping. The second rear seat doubled perfectly for our dog’s sleeping area and fit her bed perfectly.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
You won't need electric or water hookups if you're staying in one place for less than a week. The solar plus the big battery last 4-6 days of normal use, and the battery will charge automatically when you drive. You can always use the included power cable which can plug into any standard 30A campground hookup to charge without driving.
Water tank is large and can be filled using a standard hose or even remain connected while at a campground or house.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Just let us know when you'd like to pick up and drop off. We're flexible to meet your needs, including early morning or late night pick ups and drop offs. Generally we can meet you any time during the week or weekend with enough notice. Please note that drop-off time is 11am, unless otherwise agreed to.
You may park your vehicle on our (safe and quiet) street for free during your reservation.

Q.Is your van dog friendly?
A.
Yes, we are happy to accommodate up to two of your well-mannered furry friends! We understand that they are part of the family. We just ask that you pay our small pet fee (listed in add-ons) for the increased wear and tear. Most vans of this quality don't allow dogs, so we hope you appreciate and honor our trust in you, fellow dog owner!
