1st time camper or just like the convivence of a smaller and simple to use RV? You can't go wrong this Grand Design bunk house model! Light weight for towing with most 1/2 ton trucks or SUVs. This is a completely stocked RV with all the things you will need for your next family camping or hunting trip. The sofa folds down flat allowing the murphy bed to come down out of the wall making a comfy queen sized bed. The 4 seater dinette table folds down into a bed allowing for 2 small kids sleeping areas. The full sized bunk beds in the back can sleep 2 in each bed, as long as you don't mind snuggling up! Plenty of kitchen storage with is loaded with all your plates, bowls, pots, pans, utensils, and more. Just pack your food and paper goods. Easy to use control panel and has USB charging ports. TV by sofa for those rainy days. Outside kitchen with dual gas cook top and beverage fridge!What's included??
Stocked kitchen with eating unitless, plates, bowls, cups, cookware, dish towels, bath towels, 1 roll of paper towels 2 rolls of toilet paper. Sway control hitch will be provided, chocking blocks, leveling pads, sewer hose, water hose, and power cord with adapters. ***Bedding not included****Note: !!!!!!!!!!
Tow vehicle must be capable of towing 6000lbs or more. Load level hitch will be provided. When requesting your booking, please provide your tow vehicle information! Your tow vehicle must be equipped with a class 3 tow hitch and have trailer brake controller with a 7 pin connector.Pick up time starts at 11:00AM and Return time is by 4:00PM
A day earlier pick up than reservation date for loading time is NOT an option!We ask that you please dump your sewer prior to return. If you are unable too there is a $45.00 charge. Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge for not refilled propane.
