Time to find your Wild side Out-side with this Wilderness travel trailer. This unit features a rear set of Full (double) size bunk beds that the kiddos are sure to love while the chef in your family will love cooking at the outdoor kitchen. There is a private front bedroom for your convenience that will help give you a good night's rest for you next adventurous day. A U-shaped dinette is where you can enjoy your delicious meals at or even use it as an extra sleeping space.
In any Heartland Wilderness travel trailer, you will find convenient interior features such as shades, a deep bowl kitchen sink, an swivel TV. AM/FM/CD with indoor and outdoor speakers, a RV queen bed.
This unit is Ultra light is 1/2 ton Pull-able with weight distributor to help plus the Leaf spring suspension ensures for a sturdy ride.What's includedWe provide almost everything you need for your cooking needs-pots, pans, spatula, knife & basic seasonings. Dinner plates, cups & utensils as well as toilet paper & cleaning products. We also provide have a regular coffee pot, a K-cup maker w/ coffee & mugs.Unless purchased as an add-on, you will need to bring your own bedding (1 queen, 1 full and 2 full size bunks) and towels; pillows are not included.Other things to noteNote Sleeps 8 is 2 kids per Full (double) size bunk & turning the table to a full size bed area

We are Chance and Rebecca Bishop. Camping and RV’ing was already a big part of our lives when we met, fell in love and got married. We were both full-time RV’ers!
We consolidated into one RV when we got married and decided to try renting the other as a short-term rental. From there sprang our best adventure! What better way to share our love of camping, then to have our own fleet that others can rent from and share in the RV experience.
From that first RV, we have grown to 3 in our personal fleet and now offer rental management for any RV owner interested in earning some extra money when they aren’t using it for their own adventures!
We pride ourselves in being a firefighter (Chance) family-owned company. We would love to help make your family’s next vacation a memorable one!

Mileage: 500 free miles / day

The renter is responsible to make sure unit returned broom swept clean, counter top & bathroom / toilet wiped down w/ cleaning products (provided), garbage removed, all kitchen equipment washed clean and stored back in the proper previously stored location.
Failure to do any or all of the above will result in fee of $50.00 from the card on file.Scraping RV Against Trees
Tight squeeze? Take it slow, and be aware of what’s around you.
Take wider turns, but be careful when you do.
Damage at the gas station
Be cognizant/educate on height of rig, and watch out for those gas station poles.
Colliding with other vehicles
Drive slowly and brake early. Utilize mirrors; check blind spots when switching lanes.
Weather damage to awning
Always close awning before moderate weather, on windy days, when it’s not in use, and at night.You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to neglience, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result
If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided
Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine oil level,tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be renter’s responsibility.
Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.
Awning use is strict prohibited any wind or rain. must be with the awning & under it during the use of awning.
if the broken or the material torn you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds. This does not release you from paying for overages or other damage that would come from the card on file.Returns are due from 10am until 4pm at 4:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Pick up is from 10am until 4pm at 4:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Delivery are scheduled @ park times or availability to be delivered in no order as they come in.
It is liked if renter is present at time of delivery but, don't have to be.
If plan to pick up earlier or drop off late do have a $50 fee, if violate the above time slot $80 fee
No first come first serve RV slots will be delivered to. Rv slot reservation (site#) must be told at booking or sent to us before 2 days before delivery.

We didn't have hot water for the shower, I tried to change propane tanks at the front one was empty and even when I switched it over we didn't have hot water.

The entire experience was smooth and easy. Chance was great about having a flexible window of time for pick up/return; so easy to work with too. We just needed extra bed space for a family event and this camper was perfect with the bunkbeds and master bedroom. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for helping keep drinks cool and providing an outdoor space for the outdoor event.
