"Lil Sis" is a spacious diesel class A RV with a layout that just urges you to gather family and friends to hang out. The master bedroom is equipped with a King Size bed, a reach in closet, dresser with mounted TV and doors to provide privacy to the rest of the rig. Behind an additional set of closet doors the master houses a stackable washer and dryer that can be used while camping.The bunk room has 2 twin size bunks with views to the outside and their own individual televisions.
The bathroom provides all the luxuries of home which includes a rounded spacious shower and plenty of storage space. The restroom can be accessed from both the master bedroom or from the main cabin allowing guests to use the restroom without disturbing those that may be sleeping in the beds."Lil Sis" is filled throughout with a high end light tile floor and beautiful cabinetry that contains ample storage throughout the entire rig.When it comes to preparing food for your guests this RV's kitchen is set up to provide the best equipment and space to help make preparation easy whether it be storing food in the residential size fridge, cooking in the microwave or stove/oven, or cleaning dishes in the double hole sink. There is even an additional island that can be pulled out for prep when needed.The living space is perfect for game night, chatting with friends, or even providing additional sleeping space for other guests on your trip. The dining table comfortably seats 4-5 people for dining or can be transitioned into sleeping space for a child. The 2 opposing couches have a perfect view of the large main TV encouraging a perfect place for watching "the game" or a great place to catch up with the family whether you are on the road or set up at camp. One couch even is able to slide out and provide sleeping for another guest."Lil Sis" is easy to drive and the driver is supported with an upgraded large screen to view both the back up camera and 2 side view cameras.What's includedWe happily provide fresh bedding on both the master and bunks beds, and can provide additional sheets for the dinette and couch bed as needed. The rig comes equipped with all needed pots and pans, dining dishes, coffee pot, and dishwashing supplies. We also are delighted to provide and outdoor cooking set up that allows for cooking to also be done outside in the fresh camping air through its griddle and stove top burners.We provide all regular cleaning supplies to help you keep the rig clean during and after your trip.Cleaning fees are already added into your reservation due to the fact that we provide additional sanitizing precautions before and after each rental with cleaning, sanitizing, and doing an ozone treatment after each rental. If the rental comes back completely unclean though we do charge an additional $150 fee for regular and deep cleaning. Other things to notePlease note that we do not allow pets or smoking in our RV. We also do not allow for towing of a vehicle behind our RV. There is not special license needed in order to drive our RV, but we do expect each driver to take a short driving lesson during the walk through with us prior to departing on their trip.

We love a last minute adventure. Although we have an infant and a toddler, we have found that some of the best times have come from the decision of a last minute trip with both kiddos and just spending time outdoors. We love the idea of camping, but certainly enjoy the luxuries of home. We have made our RVs feel that way in the way they are styled, set up, and enjoyed. If there is rain, we are comfortable and well equipped for fun and dining indoors but if it is a beautiful sunny day we are ready to grill and enjoy the outdoors. We have made such wonderful memories during each of our RV trips and we hope that you and your loved ones have fun doing the same on the road in our RV.
