Comes with sheets only (you need to bring pillows and blankets), 2 lawn chairs, bowls, plates, pot, pan, cooking and eating utensils, trash can, beach umbrella, two beach towels, first aid kit, fire starters, lighter, candle(s), small kitchen drying rack, Hammock, board games. Pets are ok but will come with extra charges for and pet cleaning or damages if needed. As it has a queen and king size it can fit more than 6 ppl if needed or wanted. the kitchen pop's out and turns into a small bed as well. I'll deliver within 20 miles.RecommendationsTwo ppl for putting the door up, two ppl for putting her up and back down. Take pictures of items in storage before using them if you want to make sure you have everything and in right spots:) Enjoy your time and make memories!Other things to noteplease remove all sheets and put them in the cubby under the front bed. Please do not use a portable potty in the camper. I’m a veteran and mostly all the profits I receive from this passive income goes towards my efforts in the homeless and rehabilitation of homes in Detroit out of my own pocket!:) so you can feel good in your outdoor air and know your finds are going towards an amazing cause! Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We can work individually for pick up and drop off times. Location will be in parking lot off Vandyke between 11 mile and Martin.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Putting the pop up back down and closing her up works in reverse order, and requires the tracks to line up. you'll want to push kitchen in first then one bed at a time. Go slow ensuring the canvas is not in the way of the tracks. It will likely get hit on the track and you will have to slightly move them to line up together.
The bed poles are color coded for each side and two poles are put in FIRST before beds are pulled out. (four poles each bed) Then the other two poles.
