I have a 7' Lance Squire cabover camper. It was in storage for over 25 years and is in terrific condition. It is mounted on a Nissan Frontier 4x4 with just 100k miles. It has all the amenities except A/C and shower. It has a porta-potti. It gets about 15 mpg and can go pretty much anywhere, but of course no off-roading.
