Our 35 foot camper is nearly new with a bunkroom, electric fireplace, and outdoor kitchen. We love that we don't have to take down the dinette at night for sleeping space! Our three boys normally use sleeping bags but we have sheets and blankets available if you need them. There are USB ports throughout for charging devices, and the radio can be connected to your phone by Bluetooth and will play both inside and outside. The extra fridge in the outdoor kitchen offers a lot of extra space as well as an ice maker and a double burner stove. The Roku TV has a hard drive with a few movies on it, and if your campground has wifi, you can hook up your Netflix or Disney+ account if desired. The TV can also be moved outside (but please bring it back in when you go to bed!)What's includedWe have a healthy supply of kitchen equipment, including pots and pans, dishes, coffee pot, and utensils. We have three boys and enjoy camping near lakes (we live near West Point Lake) and taking longer trips. One of our favorites was to Washington, DC. We were gone for two and a half weeks and were able to make a detour to see family on our way home; we had a built-in place to stay! The bunk room helps us not have to take down the dinette for a place to sleep, so that I can enjoy my coffee inside (or outside if it's nice) without waking anyone up. The outdoor kitchen is wonderful and gives us lots of extra storage, too.

Q.What size sheets are needed?
A.
The main bed is a queen with a comforter already on it. There are two bunks that are twin, and a foldable cushion/bed/couch that could be two more twins or a king size. The dinette folds into roughly a full-sized mattress. There is also a jackknife couch that is essentially a twin bed but is too short for most adults.
Q.Are there dishes, pots and pans, and utensils?
A.
Yes! We stayed in it for two and a half weeks and had everything we needed, including a coffee pot that uses cone filters, which I provide.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
The times are flexible if you pick it up. If I'm delivering, I have to do so around my work schedule as a teacher, but will do my best to meet your anticipated arrival and departure times.
