2022 Coachmen Chaparral
This is our spacious Coachmen Chaparrel Bunkhouse, perfect for those weekend get aways to the lake, a place for relatives to stay while they're in town, or longer term renting options are available if needed. This unit is equipped with a queen sized bed up front, a dining table and sofa that both convert into beds, along with 3 bunks in the rear room of the camper. As with any 5th wheel there are a few steps to get up to the front bedroom and the bathroom. Bathroom has a stand up shower. For those rainy days or lazy mornings there is a large flatscreen in the living area that has a roku that can be connected to your wifi hotspot for tv or it has a antenna that receives the local channels. Small outdoor kitchenette is equipped with a sink and small fridge (no grill). We prefer to deliver and pickup. Please feel free to message us with any questions you may have.What's includedThis camper comes with a basic set of cooking pots, utensils, towels and linens. Other things can be provided if requested.RecommendationsSome nearby lakes include Melvern, John Redmond, and Pomona. We can deliver to these lakes for our basic delivery charge. Other lakes further away like Council Grove or Eldorado are also options and delivery is still available for a larger charge.Other things to noteWe prefer to deliver but renter pickup is also a option. We require a 3/4 ton or larger vehicle to safely
tow this unit and truck must be equipped with a gooseneck ball to use our hitch. We DO NOT allow usage of the awning and will not be covered by insurance if used and broken.
Please let us know if you break something or notice that something is broken. We would rather know so that we can get it taken care of.
Depending on the length you rent it, we may request to check in on the camper to make sure there is no damage or maintenance issues.
Please make sure you return as you found, cleaning supplies are located under the sink. If returned with odor or is noticeably dirty $150.00 clean fee will be applied.

We are a foster family and current have 3 wonderful foster kiddos! We have 3 dogs. We love football and being outside. We would book again and again in this camper. The master suite was perfect for my husband and I. The kids bunk house was absolutely awesome- not to mention how clean and beautiful the camper was. Excellent trip! 6 stars!!!

This Coachman RV was top notch, Emily thought of everything, comfortably slept 6 people. Everything was new nice and clean, We also opted for the extra lawn chairs and everything was wonderful. We asked Emily to set up and she did great!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Flexibility depends on day of the week but we are available most nights and weekends! Our delivery time is normally 5pm but can possibly be changed per request and our pickup time is 10am unless campground checkout is earlier or later time is previously arranged with renter.
