Trailer comes with all the things you need to go camping, all the hoses for water and sewer including winter sub zero heater water hose, small kerig pot and pans, all the dishes you will need. Trailer had a separate room with three beds and a small table that converts into a bed also. Lots of room for food inside and ample outside storage. Large motorized Awning. New batteries, for dry camping. AC blows cold even in 100+ weather, dry weight is weight is 6198lbs, 1350 BTU AC unit.What's includedKerig, all hoses needed, all lining needed for three bunks, and queen bed, all coking and dishes you will need, wheel locking chalks, 2 camping chairs, 2 sets of keys, $500 sway bar, I provide a impact gun for fast leveling and a host of different leveling pads, 1 camping table, 1 pop up tent, 1 Colman propane BBQ, 1 outdoor camping mat, trailer has a spare and wrench if needed.RecommendationsEstes park or Mount Rushmore! Great location!Other things to notePets are welcome, no smoking
