You won't ever want to leave the campground when you choose to camp out in this Pioneer travel trailer! Whether you like to get away to the secluded woods or you like to hang out with friends at the local state park, the private bunkhouse and private bedroom will make you feel as if you never left home. You will also be able to easily whip up a heart breakfast each morning for you and your guests with the three-burner range in the full kitchen.No smoking/vaping in the unit. No roof access Evidence of any of these three items will result in loss of full security deposit. No exceptions. Vehicle must have adequate towing capacity for both camper and gear. . You are more than welcome to prepay in advance for the propane or cleaning fee. If you have a standard grill size tank, we would be more than happy to leave the carrier empty so that you may provide your own. This unit is brand new 2020 and will be spotless when picked up. If the unit is returned in the same condition there will be no need for a cleaning fee. We understand things happen and for one reason or another should you not have time to clean it, we would be happy to deduct it from the security deposit upon return. Any excessive cleaning necessary will be assessed on a case by case basis. We provide RV approved toilet paper with the rental. Please let us know how many people will be traveling so that we can provide enough. Please use this and should you run out purchase the same. NO WET Wipes, Ladies Products, Diapers, ETC. If we have to go coat hanger fishing in the sewage tank for any of these items, it will result in a loss of some, a lot, or all of the security deposit depending on quantity and severity of obstruction. Please just use the free TP. The tank will be dosed with RV tank treatment prior to departure for your convenience. Long trip? I will throw a couple extra servings in there for you should you need to empty the tank mid trip. There is nothing worse than a crappy crapper for renter OR owner. Johnny Mullis was nice and courteous and easy to communicate with, he did advise us the week before that the awning was not working. Mr. Mullis stated the week prior that the RV had been rented and pickup from the same Perry, GA location. The RV was nice and spacious. The RV had been lightly cleaned at first appearances. It is starting to show signs of wear and tear, the wallpaper in the main bedroom was coming apart at the seams and the outside upper portion had damage. There were a few issues of concern, the RV had not been properly sanitized. There were several large cobwebs over the bed in the main bedroom quarters, and the lighting over the main seating area had lots of small flying insects and the floor traps had not been cleaned. There were several spiders in the RV. The cabinets and drawers had visible dust and debris inside the drawers. The floor and carpet throughout had not been cleaned. There was no usable cabinet space to store anything. The owner has too many personal items in the cabinets. We could not store any items in the cabinets. Before renting the RV to any consumer it should be properly cleaned and fumigated. The RV was left cleaner than when it was delivered.

Everything went great renting this RV from start to finish. Johnny and his wife were so helpful with any question we had. The RV was well furnished and well stocked. It was exactly as described and probably even better than described. We were very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again.
