This is our brand new Aspen Trail and we fell in love with it because of all the different things it offers. This travel trailer has a separate bedroom with a half bath, a secret pantry and an amazing fireplace. All with a modern and clean feel to it! We are creating memories with our family, and want to invite you to do the same in our little home away from home. The bedroom has a queen size bed, in the common area there are two bunk beds, the sofa becomes a bed and also the dinette ( sheets, comforters and pillows are included with the rental), kitchen and hand towels also included (4 of each). Please bring your own towels for showering. We also have a nice little kitchen on the outside that is very convenient. Due to allergies pets are not allowed! Pick up time is between 3 pm- 5pm. Return time is between 8am- 12 pm. Renter must pick up and return the trailer.What's includedKitchen offers: 4 pots & lids, 4 frying pans, a skillet pan, forks, knives, spoons for 6 people, plastic containers, 8 drinking glasses, 4 kids plastic drinking tumblers, 4 plates, 10 bowls, 4 cups, 4 small plates. Grilling utensils, and small kitchen appliances ( coffee maker and toaster)
Outdoor rug included.
Complimentary Colombian Coffee and spices ( Pink Himalayan Salt and Black Pepper).
Camping chairs and grill available for an extra fee.RecommendationsWe suggest to visit the Florida Springs! There are so many of them, and they all have something different to offer.Other things to noteNo smoking, vaping or drug use allowed (entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. The host thought of everything!! A gift was left on the table upon arrival, all of the cookware you could think of, games, new sponge for cleaning, trash bags, silverware and plates, clean and nice bedding. The unit looked brand new and very well maintained. We asked to have the unit set up and it was done so perfectly. Our favorite thing was the huge hidden pantry. I liked the second half bath - no arguing over needing to use the restroom while someone else is showering Your family will love this unit!!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Q.Why won't you allow pets in your rig?

Although pets are a part of many families, some members of our family suffer from pet allergies. So in order for us to be able to create memories in our travel trailer, we ask you to keep your pets at home.
Q.Will you teach me how to get everything to work on the trailer?
A.
Yes, we will do a walk thru at pick up and go over everything you need to know. We'll also have a binder in the trailer with rules and guides in case you forget.
