Home away from home. It can be towed with a 1/2 ton truck since it's full weight capacity is under 10k lbs. Cozy interior with wood trim feels like an apartment. Comes with 3- 30lb propane tanks and awnings all around. Queen sized solid foam mattress and fold out sofa make for a restful night. Heat and AC for those unpredictable camping nights.
Note: We currently do not permit rental for festivals in the desert as the wear and tear and cleaning fees are double the total rental rate. Please feel free to contact us with questions. What's includedFresh linens, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, water filter and Keurig.

We did a western states tour for 15 days. Idaho, Yellowstone, South Dakota, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Vegas. The 5th wheel performed to expectations. The unit was in great condition, all systems worked as expected. Tony the host has stocked the unit with everything you could possibly need on an rv vacation. If you are new to rv camping, this is a great unit to rent. Highly recommend this unit.
