Hi! We are currently renting or RV for use at Pleasant Harbor RV resort in Peoria Arizona Only. You will need to reserve a spot at the resort with your dates. Currently not available for dry camping/ boondocking or traveling.Full Hook UP: make sure you indicate one of these when making your reservation for full hook ups spaces with 50 amp service

**Kitchen includes duel sinks, full size refrigerator, large pantry, gas cooktop, oven, and full size microwave.
** Garage is separate from the main cabin and has a door that separates the two spaces. Garage includes two sitting couches with at table. Couches covert to a bed to make 2 full size bunks. Storage closet and flat screen TV.

Q.Why is the RV not available for dry camping?
A.
Unfortunately, this RV is not really set up for dry camping. We tried and were a little disappointed. In the AZ heat, you must have both AC's going and to do that dry camping it takes the generator. It also only holds 65 gallons of fresh water that goes QUICKLY.
With the price of gas to run the generator and the minimal water capacity we feel like a full or partial hook up will be much more enjoyable!

We are renting for full or partial hookup rental at Pleasant Harbor RV Resort in Peoria AZ. We will deliver to the spot you reserve and set the RV up and provide a full exterior and interior walk through. We will show you all the bells and whistles and will be happy to answer any questions you have.

The toilet is for RV toilet paper provided ONLY. Please do not flush tampons, wet wipes, paper towels, tissue, diapers etc down the toilet. If the toilet is clogged due to misuse, the deposit will not be refunded.
If your pet damages the inside of the RV by chewing, scratching or going to the bathroom inside the RV, the damage deposit will not be refunded.
Please leave the RV clean and with trash removed. Excessive cleaning will result in loss of $100 of the deposit.
