Fully Equipped! We use our motorhome like our home on wheels, literally equipped with everything we have from home. Full kitchen - plates and bowls, flatware, glasses, cups, cookware and utensils, toaster, coffee maker, Comfortably sleeps 7, possibly 8 check out the floor plan, King Bed in back bedroom with t.v., bunk beds (each with its own t.v.), Double Bed on Loft drop-down, and dinette becomes bed (could easily sleep two kids) and so does the jackknife couch. Outdoor T.V. full awning with solar lights.Spectacular set up and totally sheltered from all others so it's the perfect Covid-19 Getaway. You're in control of sanitizing where you are vacationing in your own motorhome. Just find a campground, State or National Park, or somewhere to pull over beside a river or a lake and enjoy the Getaway!This home on wheels is big enough for 2 full families and more with one King Bed, one Queen bed, two RV twins bunks. When you receive the RV it will be winterized - meaning the water will be removed from the coach - this will prevent burst water lines, etc during freezing temperatures. If the RV is unattended, meaning heat is not pumping through the RV or tank heaters (if equipped) are not in operation then you should never have water in the RV because you don't want to have an issue with burst pipes. If you are living/traveling in the RV and have warmth in the RV 24/7 then you can fill the RV with water. To do this, just follow the videos we have sent you on how to fill your RV with water. TIP: Once you introduce water, and if you are in a colder climate, please put your tank heaters on (if equipped) and ensure that you run heat through the RV 24/7 at a minimum of 40 degrees (even if you are not occupying the RV)As you introduce water to the RV for the first time, the faucets, etc will 'splutter" until a steady stream of water comes out. When you return the RV back to us, we will winterize it (remove all the water from the system for you)

We are new to RVing. The owner provided detailed videos on various aspects of the RV that were extremely helpful. The RV was very clean! The owner made everything easy-was always available to answer all our questions and very accommodating! I’d highly recommend this RV and would be comfortable renting any RV from this owner! The portable gas grill was perfect!
