With a 32-foot floorplan, two slide-outs, a large rear walk-around queen bedroom, and 2 single bunks in the hallway, there’s room for the whole family and friends! The sofa and dinette also convert to beds but with a double overhead bunk, plus the two single bunks.
The family-oriented floor plan puts the sink, toilet, and shower all inside a private washroom. The rear bedroom is private, plus an additional accordion wall can be pulled to turn the central part with the 2 single bunks into a private bedroom as well.
Features include an onboard generator with in-house electric start, Stainless wheel liners, a power awning, a 42 lb onboard propane tank, a 37-gallon fresh water tank, a 38-gallon grey tank, and a 38-gallon black tank. 35,000 BTU propane furnace and a ducted Air Conditioning system.Nexus makes some of the safest RVs out there. Their high strength low alloy lightweight steel cage sidewalls and roof are 72% stronger than the competition.**Flat Fee of $525.00 for any delivery or pick up in New York. For deliveries to Sporting events and Festivals we will need to meet the renter close by so that they can drive into the event. Or the renter can opt to pay an additional fee of $300 for each event to cover “waiting time” What's includedWe supply all linens etc. need something else? Q.Can the RV tow a car?

We do not allow towing in our RVs.
Q.Gas mileage details
A.
You will recieve 125 free miles per day, so if you book for 7 nights that is a total of 875 total miles free. Overages are charged at .50 cents per mile. We use the overages to help pay for servicing the RV, such as oil changes, new tires etc. As an example, if you booked for 7 nights and returned the van with 1000 miles, the first 875 will not be counted, the remaining 125 miles would be charged at .50 cents - 125 x .50 = $62.50 additional payment required
Q.Is there an extra cost for delivery and pick up?

yes, we'd love to deliver or pick up the RV for you, we charge a minimum fee of $120 within 30 miles and $4 per mile over 100 miles. This covers gas, tolls, and us finding our own way back.
Q.Do we accommodate early pick up or late drop off?
A.
Yes, provided the RV is available we can accomodate earlier pick ups and later drop offs. We will know if the RV is available 24 hours prior to the requested event. If you wish to guarantee this request, we can block either the previous day or the next day for a 50% discount per event ($200)
