This camper has everything you will need. We currently use the camper for our family, and it has been great! If you are planning a family trip exploring Florida, you will not be disappointed. We will gladly deliver and set up the camper. What's includedThe following will be included-linen

-propane tanks (There are two tanks. Additional fill will be the renter's responsibility.)
-delivery and pick up within 50 miles

-Smoking is prohibited in the camper. If used cigarettes, ashes, or smoke smell is found (including e-cigarettes) in the unit, the cleaning charges will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
-If any of our amenities (pots, pans, towels, chairs, grill, propane, etc) are damaged or missing upon return of the vehicle, replacement cost will be taken out of your security deposit.
-If an unapproved pet is brought into the unit, a pet cleaning fee will be taken out of your deposit.
-If human or animal urine or feces are found on mattress, countertops, floors, rugs, cabinets, shower, sinks, chairs, etc cleaning or replacement fees will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
-The camper should be left free of trash, dirty dished, leftover food, spills, etc. Linens, towels, and wash rags can be left on the hallway stairs. An additional cleaning fee of $250 will be applied for any unit that needs extreme cleaning.
-No climbing on roof. If roof damage is discovered upon return, it will be taken out of your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
-You are responsible for operating the camper correctly. Please reach out with any questions. We will gladly provide any assistance.
-If the camper is not ready for pick up or delivery, we reserve the right to charge additional fees. Please communicate proactively.
-Please ensure to pick the right size campsite with full hookups. The camper will not be setup for your enjoyment if it does not have hookups or is not big enough. If you are unsure about a location or size, please reach out.
