The RV was new and only 9K miles when we got it, their whole fleet is on the newer side. The RV was very spacious and nice.

Hi Wife and I Just returned from are trip. Please do not think I am putting your company down. Customer service was great better than 5 stars. It's the equipment that was an issue. Day two of are 14 day rental the canopy tore off from the unit when we extended it from the coach, could not use it any more. Day 4 the water pump went out could not wash dishes shower and so on. Was forced to go to RV camp sites costing extra dollars. We rent an RV to get away and just stay in the timbers alone, could not do that. The batteries would only last 5 to 6 hours with everything off. Meaning had to get up around 3 or 4am to start the truck up so I could start the generator to get heat. The batteries would be 100% dead with only the furnace running. When we parked at the RV sites, some did not have a dump station. The toilet valve was leaking by causing the black tank to fill up making us having to move and dump a lot. The kitchen sink water spicket would leak out of the valve causing water to run all over the counter top. The electric hot water heater option did not work, had to have it on gas all the time. When hooked up to cable TV at the RV park the large TV did not work would not pick up a cable signal. I went a purchased a TV hooked it up to the RV park cable work perfect. The coach TV cheap very bad or not installed rite. ??? I spent close to $4000.00 on a 2023 RV That just was bad. Very disappointed on the RV quality. Last thing not one manual in the RV to show you how any of the equipment works. It was the last night that I found out that you need to push the center of the light fixture in the coach to get light above the bed. I am sorry but my wife and I are very disappointed with this RV experience.
