Bath with tub & shower, outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, outdoor hot & cold shower & electric stabilizers! Since 2013, our family has crossed oceans more times than we can count. We've lived in 5 foreign countries, 4 continents, traveled to over 20 countries and logged tens of thousands of miles across the USA. You could definitely say that we are a family who Loves to travel!
After moving back to the US in 2020, it didn't take long for us to get restless and we decided we still have much to explore, so we did the most logical thing... We bought a camper, then 2 and 3... and now we have 9 units!
We've always been extremely spontaneous and absolutely love the flexibility and convenience that the RV lifestyle offers.
Our first month having the camper, we drove over 2500 miles through 8 states and went at our own pace, enjoying the scenery and sites along the way.
It was wonderful visiting family, exploring new places and meeting so many great people.
The RV community is super friendly and we loved it so much that we decided to hosting/pampering prospective adventurers!

What things should I keep in mind?
* While towing, DO NOT exceed 65 mph
* Be sure to keep campfires, grills and smoke at a safe distance from the camper and awning
* Do not leave awning extended at night or with rains or wind (Awning use prohibited unless additional Ins policy is purchased)
* Pitch the awning arm so any captured water will spill to the rear. Always retract awning if it’s windy or raining and whenever you leave the camper
* Do not tow with any person or pet in the camper
* No Roof access/ DO not climb ladder
* Do not leave children or pets unattended in camper
* Always retract the stabilizers BEFORE adjusting the tongue up or down
* Put stabilizers down AFTER you chalk and unhitch the trailer from vehicle
* Do not leave children or pets unattended in the camper at any time
* NO smoking/vaping inside
* Additional cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed if camper is not returned as received
(remove all trash, food from fridge/freezer, clean dishes, wipe counters, sinks & floors, general cleaning)

We have worked with Pampered Pioneer a few times going to F1, and they are just fantastic! They go out of their way to make sure we are set up and have what we need. There is no one else we would work with after working with them!!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We can deliver, set up and pick up for you for a $150 minimum charge up to 30 miles, $2. per mile thereafter. Pick up and drop off times vary depending on availability. Typically campgrounds allow arrivals between 2 & 3 pm. (for delivery) If you are picking up and dropping off yourself, we try to work with you as much as we can but 1 pm is standard.
Q.Are you pet friendly?
A.
As dog owner, we know how difficult & expensive it can be to travel with them. We allow up to 2 dogs on approval for a nominal fee of $50 per pet/weekly. Please never leave them unattended in the camper at anytime & suggest you purchase the additional interior insurance.
If your rental is returned with damage, stains, odors or excessive hair due to pets, additional charges may apply. A $200 fee will be added if the pet was not disclosed. Any excess fees will be deducted from security deposit.
Q.Are there restrictions on where I can go?
A.
Yes. Travel to Mexico, Canada and/or Burning Man is prohibited. Music festivals upon approval.
Q.Do you have a smoking/vaping policy?
A.
All our campers have a zero tolerance NO SMOKING or VAPING policy. $500 of your security deposit will be forfeited for any evidence of either within the camper. If you must, please do it outside and away from any open doors and windows.
