Christina was good at communication but the trailer was just not in the best shape. The trailer is a little old and shows wear and tear. The battery was dead from the start but we didn’t notice until we we’re already on our way to the camp grounds so we weren’t able to use any of the lights and had to buy some from the local hardware store the following day. My parents used the trailer and only used mostly for sleeping so it wasn’t that big of a deal but the nightly price was a little high for the shale if the trailer. She did give us a discount on the cleaning fee which was still $75 and trailer was pretty dusty on the inside. Other then that the trailer did it’s job which was to give my parents a bed to sleep on instead of sleeping on a air mattress on the floor. I would recommend the trailer just needs battery issue fixed and maybe lower the price a little.

We had a great trip up the giant redwoods. The unit is a little “tired” but it provided us a nice comfortable shelter.

Christina was very accommodating to pick up and drop off. The trailer was awesome for this trip to the coast, especially when it rained one night and we all stayed dry and comfy. Highly recommend!

Quick to communicate and respond to questions, flexible with pickup/drop off time. Nice, clean trailer in good condition!
