If smoke (including cigars, pipes, vapes, drugs, etc.) is detected you will be charged a minimum fee of $1500. NO EXCEPTIONS.We allow DOGS ONLY in our units, no other animals allowed. Please also note that your dog must be crated if left alone inside the RV. We recommend adding interior insurance if you plan on bringing your dog and if you chose not to any damage done will be renters responsibility. We must be made aware of how many dogs you intend to bring because we do add $250 to the security deposit when bringing your dog.Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.Awning use is allowed for all of our RV's but please note that insurance does NOT cover the awnings and if the awning gets damage while in renters possession, renter will be responsible for the total cost of repair or replacement.Climbing on top of our units is strictly prohibited.
