She’s loading with all your cooking utensils, pots and pans . She’s clean inside and out with fresh linens for your comfort as well. Propane grill, folding table and chairs. Cleaning supplies soap and dish soap. Ventilation for cabin and shower humidity and black out blinds for your privacy. Plenty of storage. I will only rent to those who commits to taking great care of her. Thanks What's includedCoffee pot and all basic essentials are already provided. Only use RV toilet paper in bathroom. Absolutely No SMokiNG! 3 televisions and foBluetooth stereo for your enjoyment. New tires and well maintained she is all that! I will consider pet dogs considering the age and breed. This is not a party bus !RecommendationsLet out the awning and put out the table and chairs for a relaxing evening by the beach. Other things to noteNo towing trucks, no party bus, NO SMOKING,NO ANIMALS, No unauthorized driving. Pull driver seat forward before slide out with couch for maximum space.

What great people, Ruthie really made me feel secure with their RV. She went over the operation of the everything for me. Coach was shining inside and out. It had lots of extras, like a nice big rug for outside and a nice set of table and chairs. The rig ran perfect, A/C was ice cold, plenty of hot water and a gas stove! She keeps this rig in excellent condition. A1 rating, I would rent from Ruthie again!
