2002 Itasca Sunrise
2002 35 foot Itasca Sunrise. Clean interior and Exterior. All features work accept ABS brakes. Not leasing in cold weather months so ABS should not be an issue. Included feature- Stove, refrigerator/freezer, Two A/C roof units, Furnace, inside shower/outside shower, outside stereo/radio, two outdoor zero gravity recliners, small outdoor gas grill. Essentially everything accept food, beverage and condiments. What's includedCamping chairs, small gas grill, fresh clean Queen bedding. toilet paper, plastic silverware, napkins, paper towel and garbage bags included.Other things to noteGas, LP is an extra expense and the Renters responsibility

5. You empty it, you fill it. Gas Tank, LP Tank.
6. You dirty it, you clean it! There is a vacuum in the storage compartment.

Return Rules/Fees1. Return the unit in comparable condition as you picked it up2. Before ending your camping adventure and retracting slides, Vacuum the floors with included vacuum and wipe down any soiled surfaces with included antibacterial wipes.3. Fill gas tank FULL within 1 mile of return. If owner checks by topping off tank and it takes more than 2 gallons you will be billed $10.00 per gallon. You can avoid this by calling me ahead of return time 320-444-3631 to meet you at any Willmar local gas station to witness/assist with the fill.4. Fill LP tank at end of your camping adventure. Cheapest I’ve found is Fleet Supply in Paynesvilles 30055 E MN-55

Paul did a great job communicating with us. Only issues were related to our own inexperience with a Motorhome. We had a great time and would rent again.

Very Flexible if no sequential rentals are on calendar. Either the Actual renter or listed authorized drivers can pick up and sign documents.
