Recently refurbished with new Queen Sleep Number Bed, New 32 and 55' 4K Roku TVs, Denon Stereo, Fireplace/heater in living room, great kitchen, 4 door fridge/freezer, LED lighting inside, Porcelain Toilet, New Awning, tons of storage. New carpet in bedroom, very clean and in excellent condition. What's includedcomes loaded and ready to camp, including outdoor propane grill, electric griddle, pots pans, mixing bowls, towels, plates, cups, Keurig coffee maker, blankets, pillows, etc.Recommendationssemi permanently parked on the water in Port Aransas TX, right next to a private dock, and loading ramp, full hookups. Other things to notePets welcome but please pick up after them so we all can avoid the land mines. Also in an effort to keep costs down for everyone clean up and remove your trash when your done, put the dirty linens in the clothes hamper, and wash the dirty dishes. Failure to abide by rules will cause you to lose deposit and pay additional cleaning fees. As my Dad used to say: "Son give it back better than it was when you got it."
