Unit pulls at 21' but the queen bed rear power-slide extends the living space to 24' while parked at your campsite. Also has two bunks, a dinette, and couch which folds into a bed. Features ducted heating and air, TV with antenna, microwave and full oven inside, outside stovetop and water, power awning and power tongue jack. Weighs less than 5000 pounds dry weight. Includes kitchen supplies, coffee pot, and cords/hoses for all hook-ups. Linens can be provided for an additional fee. Close to Raystown Lake, Shawnee State Park, Cowan's Gap, Friendship Village, Cumberland, MD, Ohiopyle.
