Absolute worst experience ever. RV had to be replaced due to inoperative measures. Then night before Thanksgiving replaced RV malfunctioned. Myself and company had to sleep in auto for heat (down below 20 degrees). Owner of RVs knows specific malfunctions. Reimbursement for rental is, I've been told by owner, in progress. I have in writing from owner of RV. If full refund is not honored, I will report Outdoorsy and any associate to BBB. I have photos but will provide as necessary.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
If there are high winds or are leaving the unit unattended, please retract the awning to prevent damage. When using the stabilizer/leveling jacks, please do not extend the jacks to the max. Please use leveling blocks or another type of support. When they are fully extended, they weaken their support and can cause damage. Before moving the unit, please make sure all jacks and steps are in their upright and locked position
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Picking up: We are open from 9-5 Monday-Friday, 9-3 Saturday. Just message us with the time you would like to pick up and we will do our best to work with your schedule. Dropping off: We have the same hours of operation as above. If it is the case of a Sunday drop off, there will be a different address to drop off. We will discuss that with you at time of pick up.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
This unit is a 30amp powered unit. It comes with a power cord. We provide an adapter that allows to plug into a 110v/15amp outlet. Adapters for 30a-50a can be provided if requested.
